Festival tickets for all shows can be purchased directly from the IBBF office in Imatrankoski at Heikinkatu 1. Sales begin March 15, 2010 for this year's concerts. During the festival, tickets may also be purchased at the entrances to the BB Club.
BB Club is restricted to those over the age of 18 for evening performances. However, during the day there are many all-ages events, many of which are free, including the BB Club Children's Event. This will be held Monday, July 5th at 12 a.m. The picnic concert at the Vuoksi Fishing Park is also an all-ages event which is free to everyone.Children may also attend BB Cruises with adult accompaniment for half price.

Getting around
During the festival, special bus service operates daily between Lappeenranta and Imatra. The Finnish State Railway, VR, also offers regular service to Imatra. Timetables are available in English at http://www.vr.fi/heo/eng/index.html
